The training will fail in markets where differentiation is impossible and every single agent provides identical optimal-results service. Agents in this type of market will be 100% wasting their time and money.
But so far, we have yet to discover a market like that.
But the fundamentals are the same everywhere: sellers want the maximum net proceeds within their timeline and buyers want the lowest possible price, for the right house and at the right time.
One topic of the live webinars will be how to adjust for the specifics of any particular market. For example, with the new rules, the state of California limits buyer contracts to 90 days (which is completely INSANE - prior to this change every buyer contract I've had for years was a 12-month agreement). Most other states do not have this restriction. This is the type of thing we will address.
